All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Found a better price elsewhere

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Dissatisfaction with contents of sealed products (e.g. booster packs, boxes)

Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery via info@setokardo.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will assess each case and, if applicable, issue a replacement or store credit. Requests made after 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
