Pre-order items will be dispatched on or shortly after the official release date.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All shipping services include tracking.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or issues caused by the courier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you did not receive the parcel, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
